AML Analyst
BankingLab is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AML Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding AML matters and play a key role in aligning client compliance needs with our technical solutions.
In this position, you will
- Act as the primary AML point of contact for clients
- Understand and analyze client AML requirements
- Translate client requirements into structured technical tasks for development teams
- Support AML configuration and compliance workflows within our banking system
- Provide best-practice guidance to clients on AML processes and how they are implemented in our platform
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, compliance, analysts, IT) to enhance platform capabilities
- Connect business goals with IT solutions by aligning deep analytical work with a clear strategic vision
We expect
- Higher education degree in business development, law, finance, economics, fintech, or a related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience in AML, compliance, or financial crime prevention – ideally in banking or fintech
- Solid knowledge of AML processes, regulatory frameworks, and reporting obligations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with both clients and cross-functional internal teams
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation – experience converting client requirements into actionable specifications is essential
- Familiarity with core banking systems or financial platforms is a strong plus

Gross salary: 2500 – 4500 €/month (depending on the level of experience)
