Engineering Manager
We are looking for a leader for the tech team of one of the product Line. As the direct manager of the team members, you will be responsible for people management, team members’ technical growth and performance, maintaining engineering work processes – owning delivery planning, scope breakdown, and execution.
In this position, you will
- Build and maintain a high-class software engineering team – focus on hiring, engagement and professional development of the team
- Ensure the quality of team’s delivery of technology according to the PO roadmap
- Apply Agile principles in your work and ensure the team works effectively
- Grow your team – people who are committed, accountable and care about the results
- Collaborate closely with other Engineering managers to bring continuous improvements
- Collaborate closely with other teams of developers,product managers, project managers to ensure the best technical solutions are applied
We expect
- Experience leading a development team
- Hands-on experience with Java, web development (Angular or React would be advantage), REST API
- Understanding of software development process, building of enterprise level software solutions
- People management skills – hiring, providing feedback, driving continuous improvements
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proactive and positive problem-solving approach and ability to take ownership, work independently
- Adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English language (verbal and written)

Gross salary: 5800 – 6700 €/month (depending on the level of experience)
