Sales Manager

BankingLab is on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join our team. We’re seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented professional who views sales as a strategic process. This position is ideal for someone with strong B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with clients in meaningful ways. You’ll play a key role in growing our client base and supporting the expansion of our solutions in a competitive market.


In this position, you will

  • Drive B2B sales and take ownership of your assigned market segment
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Explore new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication to support client engagement and conversions
  • Conduct market research to strengthen our sales strategy and highlight the value of our offerings

We expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technologies
  • Solid networking skills and a professional, client-first mindset
  • Patience, composure, and resilience in fast-paced or challenging situations

Gross salary: 1940 – 2730 €/month (depending on the level of experience)
